Where you will find short legal advice clips
I was asked by my friend, George M James, a military author of more than 50 books, to conduct interviews with former South African Special Forces and Police Force members. If you have not read George M James, please do so. The man is brilliant and thus far all his prediction regarding terrorism came true. In fact, I quote him in several of my own books, Terrorist Takedown, and Safety Net. He is that good. Historically and technically 100% correct. And he always has specials or free book giveaways going.
The interview format is informal and rather interesting as you simply don’t find many Special Forces men willing to talk about their experiences. They are an exceedingly secretive unit but here they honoured us by telling their stories. The policemen, well, they are a breed apart (I was one too) yet rather interesting people. The talks, conversations, more than interviews, are in English and Afrikaans. Thus far the response has been overwhelmingly positive, I am glad to say. Personally, I think it the right time.
You can find the YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBxCH85kK5TUhrSPXws5iHQ
Or just search for Legacy Conversations.
Then I got the idea to have short legal talks on the same channel where I inform you of the legal pitfalls expected when living in these times. The legal clips are short, less than 7 minutes on average, and will deal with wide-ranging topics from Contracts (already done), Negotiations, Settlement, Wills and Testaments, Living Will, Defamation, Breach of Promise, Engagement, Marriage, Divorce, Self Defence, Eviction, Sunday laws and much more. It is not to teach you the law but to cover the basics and to assist you. Law is for boring people, yes, but it can become a very expensive exercise if not knowledgeable.
I hope that the initiative will be supported. Please spread the word.
